Track One Limited (T1) operates the Bridge for Circle (Bridge), and other services. 

 

It is T1’s policy to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and security of any personal information about its users.

This Privacy & Security Policy (“Policy”) explains how Bridge collects, uses, shares, and keeps secure your information (“User”), including your nonpublic personal information, when you use Bridge’s website Bridgeforcircle.com (the “Website”), distributed application (the “App”), and any related products and services (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

By using Our Services, you are agreeing to this Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not enroll in or use the Services.

1. Website Visitors

 

Bridge collects non-personally-identifying information that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Bridge’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Bridge visitors use its website. Bridge may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

  • T1 and its affiliated companies may use Website visitors personal information to provide the Services, including for purposes of:

  • Analyzing site usage and improve the Service;

  • Delivering any administrative notices, alerts and communications relevant to your use of the Service;

  • Market research, project planning, troubleshooting problems, detecting and protecting against error, fraud or other criminal activity;

  • Enforcing Our Terms of Use; and

  • As otherwise set forth in this Privacy and Security Policy (including disclosures to protect our rights, if required by law, or relating to a transfer of control or sale of assets, as discussed below).

2. Users that Login

T1 also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, email address, username and device type for logged in Users..

T1 collects such information only as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with T1. T1 does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. Visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Services.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

The amount and type of information that Bridge gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. Certain visitors choose to interact with Bridge in ways that require Bridge to gather personally-identifying information, when becoming a “User” (which means that you have registered with Bridge to use its App or related products or services) and when adding details of your own customers to the data stored for you by Bridge. 

Personal information may include, but is not limited to, your name, personal address (residential address required, no PO box address allowed), date of birth, and other similar information. Business information may include, but is not limited to, your business name, tax identification number, business address, business telephone number, business bank account information, business related documentation, telephone number, and email address. Additional information will be requested at account opening and may be requested throughout the life of the account relationship to meet regulatory and legal requirements.

In order to benefit from the full functionality of the Services, you must also provide your third-party account credentials (“Account Credentials”) to the Bridge App. .

None of your Account Credentials, Users information or Customer information as added to Bridge, can be accessed by T1 or its employees unless an authorized user has invited us to your instance of the application.

Limited user information is shared by the App to Circle in order to conduct transactions through Circle Internet Financial Limited “Circle”, this includes your counter-party identification information, bank account numbers, your wallet address’ and wallet address’ of your counter-parties. All these communications are encrypted and pass from a designated static IP address directly to Circle. 

Users should check Circle's privacy and technical documentation if they have any concerns how this information is used or stored.

‍4. Protection of Personally-Identifying Information

T1 discloses potentially personally-identifying information only to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that need to know that information in order to process it on Bridge behalf or to provide services available at Bridge websites, and to those that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country. By using T1 Services, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. Bridge will not rent or sell personally-identifying information to anyone. T1 discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other compelling governmental request, or when T1 believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the property or rights of Bridge, third parties or the public at large.

If you are a registered user of Bridge Services and have supplied your email address, Bridge may send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with Bridge and our products. Bridge takes all necessary measures to protect against unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information, however, as some of the applications or networks you use may not be completely secure, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may also use various technologies to collect and store information related to your use of our Services. We may collect and store information locally on your device using mechanisms such as browser web storage and application data caches.

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. T1 sites use cookies to help T1 identify and track visitors, their usage of any T1 websites, their website access preferences, and to protect our users.

In some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as by adding a statement to the homepages of our website or mobile application or by sending you an email notification). Your continued use of the Services after any change in this Policy will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

If you no longer wish to use our Services and would like to delete or deactivate your account, please contact us your account manager. We are required by law to retain your information, and may also do so for legitimate business purposes, including internal analytics. However, we will not share or use your information for promotional and marketing purposes (except in an anonymized form) after you have deleted or deactivated your account. Your usage of our Services is contingent on your expressly opting into this Policy.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username(s), password(s), and your account(s), as well as all activities that occur under your account(s). You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us, our agents, representatives and other authorized users, and each of their respective officers, directors, owners, employees, agents, representatives and assigns (collectively the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities and costs incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by you of this Policy or claims arising from Our Services. You agree to use your best efforts to cooperate with us in the defense of any claim. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to employ separate counsel and assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.
